New York Times Recommends 31 Places to Go This Summer
The New York Times came out with an excellent new feature today — a list of 31 places to visit for the summer traveler. The list is very geographically diverse, with destinations ranging from Scottsdale to Manitoba. Curiously, LBJ’s Texas Hill Country is listed as number 1 — the paper bestows many superlatives on the region including “lush,” “colorful” and “like Tuscany or the South of France.” Who knew?
Closer to home, Montauk makes the list at number 7.
